If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.

You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.

You can buy superior seats before online check-in window (24 hours) by one of the following options:
- at the official ticket office of the airline (during working hours of the ticket office);
- through «Manage your booking» on scat.kz;
- During online check-in on the scat.kz;
- at the check-in desk at the airport, before departure;

The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.

If there are unoccupied seats on the seat map, you can do it without any restrictions.

Online check-in is available for passenger with infant , but there are seats selection restrictions . Passenger with infant can select only aisle seats, except 1st,2nd and emergency rows

In case of the flight cancellation the passenger must cancel the check-in no later than 2 hours before the flight departure. How to buy a ticket

The lowest fares will be the first in the suggested list.

You can use a transliteration of First and Last name, fill in the document number fully (Arabic and Roman numerals). The series and passport number must be entered without spaces and without № symbol.

Any itinerary receipt is provided in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English).

You can use a transliterator or translator to fill in the data correctly.

The correct transliteration of the surname and first name is indicated in your passport/identity card.

If the ticket was purchased on the official website of the airline www.scat .kz, you need to send a request to the Airline with the baby's documents, attaching an adult ticket. If the ticket was purchased on a third-party website or ticket office, you must contact the office.

Payment using cards issued in USA, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey and Europe states is possible provided 3D secure code is available within the card. To set a 3D secure code please make contact with the bank issued the card.

You can pay for your order by a credit card of another person or orders of third person by your's . Nevertheless the use of another person's bank card without the consent of its rightful owner is unlawful.

The first and last name should only be entered in Latin the same way as it is specified in your passport.

payment of the order via bank card may not succeed due to the following reasons: the amount of money on your bank card is not sufficient; the type of your bank card does not support payments through Internet; the card data are specified incorrectly (card number or expiry date, or CVV/CVS codes). Changing the data in the ticket

The reissue of ticket for another person is prohibited by the Airline's rules.

The letter «N» must be entered in with the document number in the Republic of Kazakhstan passport.

IIt is important to be sure that your passport will be valid during your entire trip. Some countries require that your passport should be valid for a certain period of time (usually 6 months). Before you take a trip please check all the passport requirements with the embassy of the country you are planning to visit. Should you have a new passport by the time you take a flight, add a note to your booking form specifying the correct spelling of your first/last name and passport number by applying to “SCAT” Airlines office with your ticket and passport or to the agency where you bought the ticket. Also, consider refunding the ticket and buying a new one.

If the passenger cannot get own around, he is provided with a wheelchair to/from the plane, he will be lifted up and lowered down the ladder and taken to the seat on the plane. To get this service, you have to add a special request to the reservation through the Customer Support Center. Your own wheelchair can be checked into the cargo hold of the aircraft for free. This service is free for all directions, except flights to/from Istanbul ($29)

If you are not find your baggage after arriving, do not leave the arrival hall, contact the Airline representatives and fill out the incident report or the baggage loss form, providing full information on your baggage, ticket number and flight, as well as photos and videos by e-mail lf@scat.kz.
