You can pay for an air ticket
1. With the help payment cards VISA, MasterCard, American Express
Payment is made in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, AmEx based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels.
To pay you must enter:
- Card number (16 digits on the front side of the card, enter numbers without spaces);
- Owner's name (in Latin letters);
- Validity period (month and year indicated on the front side of the card);
- Three-digit security code (CVV or CVV2 code - 3 digits on the back of the card). If there are more digits, the last three must be Entered. If there is no code on the card, please contact the bank that issued the card to clarify the details.
- Then you will be redirected to the page of your bank to enter the 3D-Secure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If the 3D-Secure code has not arrived to you, then you should contact the bank that issued your card.
2. Through the application / website Kaspi.kz
- Select “Payment though Kaspi.kz” when choosing a payment method on the website www.scat.kz;
- Save the "Payment Code" (14-digit numeric code, for example: "0147-9203-4281");
- Enter the application / site Kaspi.kz, select in the Menu - "Payments", then "Tickets";
- In the list that appears, select "SCAT Airlines Flights";
- Enter "Payment Code" and select an account for payment - "Kaspi Gold" / "Kaspi Deposit"

If your order is paid by a bank card, your payment (including card number input) is processed on the guard page of the internationally certified processing system. This means that online store never receives your confidential information (card details, login data, etc.), its processing is totally secured and nobody, including our online store, can obtain any client’s personal and banking data.
For card details processing Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) developed by Visa and MasterCard international payment systems is applied that provides safe processing of holder’s bank card details. Applied data transfer technology guarantees safe bank card deals by using TLS (Transport Layer Security), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and MIR Accept protocols and closed highly secure banking networks.
In case of refund, you will have your money credited back to the same account from which you paid.

If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.
You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.
You need to do the check-in process again, select a new seat, and print new boarding pass.
The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.
