SCAT Airlines and the Embassy of the Czech Republic have created an exclusive opportunity for SCAT passengers planning a trip to the Czech Republic.

The company has created a new branded «VISA» fare for flights to/from Prague. Unlike the standard «LIGHT», «OPTIMUM» or «FLEX», «VISA» gives the right to enter the queue for applying documents for a Czech Schengen visa through an additional quota of places on the visa center's website.

A compulsory term for acceptance of the package of documents for visa is the presence of the issued service on «EMD VISA SERVICES» and fiscal check of a single sample with the code of the service. The cost of the service is 500 tenge.

Return of the ticket is carried out with a penalty according to the rules of tariff application.

Please note!
The Schengen visa application package submitted through the additional quota of places will not be accepted for consideration by the visa center if the tourist does not have a valid «VISA» brand ticket and a receipt with the «VISA SERVICES» service code.

If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.

You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.

You can buy superior seats before online check-in window (24 hours) by one of the following options:
- at the official ticket office of the airline (during working hours of the ticket office);
- through «Manage your booking» on scat.kz;
- During online check-in on the scat.kz;
- at the check-in desk at the airport, before departure;

The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.

If there are unoccupied seats on the seat map, you can do it without any restrictions.
