How to correct?

If errors are found in the spelling of the surname and / or name on the passenger's ticket, the passenger must fill out the form below, attaching copies of identification documents confirming the need for correction. Applications for data correction for tickets issued on the official website www.scat.kz are processed daily from 09:00 - 18:00, but no later than 24 hours before flight departure

Correction is possible:
  1. if there are spelling errors that do not change the sound in the last name and/or first name of the passenger
  2. upon receipt of new documents in which the spelling of the surname and / or name differs from the previous documents on which the ticket was issued
  3. when changing the surname due to marriage, divorce in the presence of supporting documents
  4. when changing the surname in case of adoption in the presence of supporting documents
  5. in case of violation of the sequence of the surname / name.
Correction cost

  • domestic flight in Kazakhstan, in advance, before the start of the flight check-in is 5,000 ₸
  • domestic flight in Kazakhstan at the time of check-in is 7,000 ₸
  • international flight at the time of ccheck-in is $15

Other penalties and fees are not applied. A responsible Airline agent can make a chargeable data correction in the ticket during the flight check—in of the flight, no later than 40 minutes before departure (only domestic flights in Kazakhstan, on international, subsidized flights - prohibited). This service, in case of purchase of a ticket on the Airline's website, is free of charge. Applications are accepted daily from 09:00 — 21:00 at least 24 hours before the flight departure. If the ticket was purchased on third-party online resources, the passenger must make an appropriate request to this resource. TData correction for tickets on flights to/from the following countries: USA, EU countries, Great Britain, India, UAE, China is prohibited.

It is also prohibited to correct data on subsidized, charter, interline and codeshare flights of the Airline.

If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.

You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.

You need to do the check-in process again, select a new seat, and print new boarding pass.

The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.

If there are unoccupied seats on the seat map, you can do it without any restrictions.
