If errors are found in the spelling of the surname and / or name on the passenger's ticket, the passenger must fill out the form below, attaching copies of identification documents confirming the need for correction. Applications for data correction for tickets issued on the official website www.scat.kz are processed daily from 09:00 - 18:00, but no later than 24 hours before flight departure
Other penalties and fees are not applied. A responsible Airline agent can make a chargeable data correction in the ticket during the flight check—in of the flight, no later than 40 minutes before departure (only domestic flights in Kazakhstan, on international, subsidized flights - prohibited). This service, in case of purchase of a ticket on the Airline's website, is free of charge. Applications are accepted daily from 09:00 — 21:00 at least 24 hours before the flight departure. If the ticket was purchased on third-party online resources, the passenger must make an appropriate request to this resource. TData correction for tickets on flights to/from the following countries: USA, EU countries, Great Britain, India, UAE, China is prohibited.
It is also prohibited to correct data on subsidized, charter, interline and codeshare flights of the Airline.
The reissue of ticket for another person is prohibited by the Airline's rules.
The letter «N» must be entered in with the document number in the Republic of Kazakhstan passport.
IIt is important to be sure that your passport will be valid during your entire trip. Some countries require that your passport should be valid for a certain period of time (usually 6 months). Before you take a trip please check all the passport requirements with the embassy of the country you are planning to visit. Should you have a new passport by the time you take a flight, add a note to your booking form specifying the correct spelling of your first/last name and passport number by applying to “SCAT” Airlines office with your ticket and passport or to the agency where you bought the ticket. Also, consider refunding the ticket and buying a new one.
If finding out a mistake in spelling of the passenger’s name and/or surname in a ticket formalized on the Airlines’ website www.scat.kz please submit your request, attaching the documents verifying correction must be made. To learn more
