The online check-in procedure will allow you to receive your boarding pass in advance. If you do not have luggage, then at the airport you do not need to queue at the check-in counter. If you are late for the airport and check-in at the counter is already over, you will be able to board no later than 30 minutes before the flight departure.

Online check-in opens in 24 hours and closes in 2 hours before departure for domestic destinations and in 3 hours before departure for intenationlal destinations.

Check-in and baggage acceptance for flights closes 60 minutes before departure for international flights and 40 minutes for domestic flights.

After completing online check-in, the passenger arrives at the domestic terminal no later than 30 minutes (at the international flight hall no later than 60 minutes) before the departure time of the flight indicated on the ticket, and immediately passes for inspection and boarding, presenting a printed boarding pass.

In case of a discrepancy in the departure time in the ticket and the boarding pass, the passenger should be guided by the ticket data or by notification of a change in the departure time.

In the case of an aircraft change, the passenger is advised to confirm his appearance for the flight and to confirm the selected seat at the check-in desk.

For flight safety and the aircraft centering maintaining the Airline reserve the right, if necessary, to change the selected seat during online check-in.

Online registration is not available for
  • Unaccompanied children;
  • Passengers with extra seats;
  • Passenger with disabilities;
  • Passengers flying with an animal;
  • Passengers who have a special request (sports equipment; weapons);

Check-in cancellation

In case of the flight cancellation the passenger must cancel the check-in no later than 2 hours before the flight departure. In order to cancel the online check-in, click the button below providing the ticket number and attaching a copy of the document or ask to cancel the check-in at the check-in desk at the departure airport.

Cancel check-in

To avoid penalties, before canceling a booking with a sales agent, do not forget to cancel your registration, otherwise the seat will not be considered free until flight departure.

You can refund or rebook a ticket only after check-in cancellation.

The purchase of a seat on board is available on the flight 24 hours before departure when going through online check-in or at the check-in desk with representatives of the Airline.

If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.

You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.

You can buy superior seats before online check-in window (24 hours) by one of the following options:
- at the official ticket office of the airline (during working hours of the ticket office);
- through «Manage your booking» on scat.kz;
- During online check-in on the scat.kz;
- at the check-in desk at the airport, before departure;

The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.

If there are unoccupied seats on the seat map, you can do it without any restrictions.
