Exchange for other flights or dates

If your plans have changed, then you can exchange issued tickets for tickets with flights on other dates if this is allowed by the fare you have chosen. When exchanging online, it is only possible to change the date of departure and / or change the flight number on a similar route. It is not possible to change the originally entered personal data of the passenger. During the exchange, the amount of the surcharge will be calculated in accordance with the fare rules.

Important note
You can change a ticket on the airline's website only if it was purchased on the airline's website. Otherwise, you need to contact the agency where you bought the ticket.
Involuntary exchange

To make an involuntary rebooking without penalties (for example, when departure time is changed or flight is cancelled), you must send an application to the email address websales@scat.kz.

Partial exchange

If it is required to exchange tickets only for some of the passengers of the order, then as a result of such an exchange, the order is split - for passengers with new tickets, a separate order is issued, which will be sent to the e-mail specified during the purchase. If the same changes are made for all passengers of the order, then the tickets are exchanged within the existing order, without division. If you want to exchange tickets of several passengers for new ones, but with different departure parameters, you should exchange tickets for each passenger separately.

Open the booking and click Exchange in the top right corner
Choice of flights and passengers
The system will prompt you to select the flights and passengers you want to change.
Search for a new flight
Select new dates and flights

Data checking
Make sure you make the right choice and check the amount of the surcharge.

Payment
Enter your card details and click the "Pay" button. As a result, a corresponding notification will be sent to the specified e-mail address of the contact person for the order with new order data, a new itinerary receipt and transportation conditions.
