Starting April 15, 2024, the following procedure for providing flight certificates is established.
Information about the flight flown by passengers can be received by:
- the passenger
- a person authorized by the passenger.
Types of certificates
- a certificate confirming the flight usage;
- a certificate of ticket price;
- a certificate of actual time of departure/arrival of the flight;
- a certificate of ancillary cost ;
- a certificate of additional service cost;
- a certificate of the cost of the flight with indication of the cost to the point of crossing the border of the Russian Federation on the used ticket.
The cost of certificates
The certificate is issued for each ticket or an ancillary.
The cost of one certificate is as follows:
3 500 KZT when paying at call-center and sales offices in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8 USD when paying in foreign sales offices and representative offices.

The application form can be downloaded here or received at the sales office or representative office abroad. Attach a photo/scan of the signed application, a photo/scan of an ID card, e-ticket itinerary receipt to the form below.
The certificate is free of charge for:
- 1st and 2nd group of persons with disabilities;
- disabled children;
- participants of World War II and persons equated to them;
- Afghan warriors.

Review period
Period of providing the certificate is 10 business days from the date of payment for the service.
