Operator of the Booking Control and Resource Management Department

Full-time, shift schedule

Shift work schedule: 2/2 from 09:00 to 21:00, including night shifts from 21:00 to 09:00

Responsibilities

• To control and process the booking
• Monitor compliance with booking technology
• Process incoming system queues and messages to the queue bank
• Provide information about cancellations, changes and introductions of flights through the booking system
• Make daily, weekly reports on the loading of flights

Requirements

• Higher education
• Knowledge of English (Intermediate level), knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome
• Competent spelling in an official business style and communication skills
• PC ownership
• Responsibility

• Ability to work in a team
