New opportunities of traveling
The arrangement of combined transportation using air and rail transport is a joint pilot project of JSC Passenger Transportation and JSC SCAT Airline for the convenience of passengers (from February 3-27 2024).
Intermodal transportation "Train+Aircraft" are used when it is impossible to deliver a passenger to a destination by only one type of transport or a combination of different modes of transport allows to set a more convenient route for the passenger. This greatly facilitates the arrangement of trips.
The flights on the routes are docked by departure and arrival time. For the convenience of passengers, a group transfer between the airport and the railway station of Astana is organized.
