For passengers who planned flights to Aktobe and Atyrau

Due to the events related to floods in the western regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, SCAT Airlines provides the opportunity to make 100% refund of tickets to/from Aktobe and Atyrau for the following regular flights:
Passengers who purchased tickets to/from Aktobe before the emergency in the region, that is, until March 28, 2024, with a departure date from March, 28 up to April 15 inclusively, tickets can be returned without penalties. Please note that the rule applies only to the following scheduled flights "Astana-Aktobe-Astana" DV 721/722, 1721/1722 "Almaty-Aktobe-Almaty" DV 711/712, 1711/1712
Passengers who purchased tickets to/from Atyrau before the emergency was announced, that is, until April 7, 2024 with a departure date from April 7 to April 15, 2024 inclusively can also return their tickets without penalties. Please note that the rule applies only to regular flights DV 769/770 on the route "Almaty-Atyrau-Almaty", DV765/766 "Astana-Atyrau-Astana".

Each passenger is granted the right to rebook air tickets for these destinations once. The service is provided free of charge.
Important: In case of a change in the departure date, the flight must be carried out no later than 3.05.2024
