Dear passengers, since August 13, 2023, the following additions have been made to the List of dangerous substances and objects, as well as all types of drugs prohibited for passengers to be transported on civil aircraft*:

Substances and items prohibited for carriage in hand luggage**: liquids, aerosols and gels in containers with a capacity of more than 100 milliliters, including:

  • water and other beverages, soups, syrups, jams, stews, sauces and pasta;
  • food products in sauces or containing a large amount of liquid;
  • creams, lotions, cosmetics and oils;
  • perfume;
  • sprays;
  • gels, including hair and shower gels;
  • contents of pressurized containers, including shaving foam, other types of foams, deodorants;
  • pastes, including toothpaste;
  • mixtures of liquids containing solids;
  • mascara;
  • lip gloss.

Dangerous substances and items prohibited for carriage in baggage: portable electronic smoking devices powered by batteries, including:

  • electronic cigarettes, electronic cigars and thin cigars, electronic pipes, personal vaporizers, electronic nicotine supply systems). The lithium content in batteries should not exceed 2 grams, and the specific power of lithium-ion batteries is 100 watt-hours;
  • portable electronic devices (watches, calculators, cameras, cell phones, laptop computers, video cameras, etc.) containing lithium or lithium-ion cells, as well as spare batteries. No more than two separately protected spare batteries per person are allowed;
  • Portable electronic devices containing lithium-ion batteries and spare lithium-ion batteries with a specific power of 100 watt-hours, but not exceeding 160 watt-hours should be carried in agreement with the operator.

**Medicines, baby food and special dietary needs in the amount necessary for the duration of the flight, as well as liquids purchased at duty-free shops at the airport or onboard the aircraft, packed in a securely sealed (sealed) plastic bag that provides visual access to the contents of the package during the flight with a reliable confirmation of the purchase on the day(s) of the trip (receipt for the purchased goods) have an exception for transportation.
