Full-time, shift schedule

Shift work schedule: 2/2 from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM, including night shifts from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • implementation of advisory customer support
  • search and offer optimal solutions to the client by phone, email, social networks and other communication methods;
  • booking and sale of air tickets;
  • informing about the airline's promotions and services;
  • notification of passengers about flight schedule changes;
  • work with SCAT airline representative offices.

Requirements:

  • availability of higher or secondary special education;
  • knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English (minimum level "Intermediate"), knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome;
  • knowledge of communication etiquette;
  • the desire to learn new skills;
  • good diction and communication skills;
  • emotional competence;
  • resistance to stress;
  • ability to work in a team.
