Visa details for flights to Europe
Dear passengers! If you are planning to travel to Europe, please note that for the following destinations - Munich, Budapest and Prague - it is necessary to provide visa data prior to departure.
To provide visa data, please indicate the following:
- Passport scan
- Booking number
- Flight number
- Departure date
- Scan of visa or visa information
Important!
It may not be possible to check-in for your flight without providing your visa data. Please provide the information in advance in a convenient way depending on where the ticket was purchased.

If you have purchased a ticket on the SCAT website
When issuing a ticket on the official website scat.kz please send your visa details to the e-mail address: websales@scat.kz.
If you have purchased a ticket through the Support Center
To provide visa data, please use one of the following methods:
- via email: bilet@scat.kz
- or via phone: +7 (7252) 99 88 80
If the ticket was purchased at other points of sale
Please provide details to the place where the ticket was purchased.
Important!
We recommend sending your visa data at least 48 hours prior to departure to avoid delays in check-in.
Czech Schengen visa processing
SCAT Airlines has created a new “VISA” branded tariff for flights to/from Prague. Unlike the standard “LIGHT”, ”OPTIMUM”, the “VISA” brand provides the right to sign up for the queue to submit a package of documents for a Czech Schengen visa through an additional quota of seats on the website of the visa center.

If you are traveling without baggage and have both printed boarding pass copies, you can go to departure hall no later than 30 minutes (no later than 60 minutes for international flights) before the scheduled flight departure. If you have baggage or do not have printed boarding passes, you need to go at the check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before departureno later than 60 minutes for international flights and get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.
You can print your boarding pass at check-in desk no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.
You can buy superior seats before online check-in window (24 hours) by one of the following options:
- at the official ticket office of the airline (during working hours of the ticket office);
- through «Manage your booking» on scat.kz;
- During online check-in on the scat.kz;
- at the check-in desk at the airport, before departure;
- by phone via customer support +7 7252 99 88 80 (24/7), or email bilet@scat.kz
The passenger must personally check-in online. During online check-in, the passenger must personally familiarize with the list of prohibited items and the rules of check-in proccess.
