Online check-inOnline check-in

For passengers:

Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 1 hour before departure for domestic destinations and 2 hours before departure for international destinations.

Check-in and baggage acceptance for flights closes 60 minutes before departure for international flights and 40 minutes for domestic flights.

To check in for your flight, you must enter your booking reference and last name as indicated on your ticket. After checking the ticket, the program will display the flight information and prompt you to choose a seat on the plane.

In case of problems with registration, please restart your browser and try again. In case of a repeated error, report it to the e-mail address - asrp@scat.kz, with a description of the problem and indicating the passenger's data and ticket number.

 

After completing online check-in, the passenger arrives at the hall of international or domestic flights (depending on the route of the passenger’s ticket) no later than 30 minutes before the departure time of the flight indicated on the ticket and immediately passes for inspection and boarding, presenting a printed boarding pass.

In case of a discrepancy in the departure time in the ticket and the boarding pass, the passenger should be guided by the ticket data or by notification of a change in the departure time.

In the event of a change of aircraft, the passenger is advised to confirm his appearance for the flight and seat at the check-in counter at the airport of departure.

In order to maintain the safety of the flight and the centering of the aircraft, the airline reserves the right, if necessary, to change the seat received by the passenger during the online check-in for the flight.

If a passenger is traveling with luggage or is unable to print a boarding pass, they must arrive at the airport no later than 40 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight (for domestic flights) and go to the check-in desk to check in their luggage, receive a luggage tag and a boarding pass.

If a passenger is traveling with luggage or is unable to print a boarding pass, they must arrive at the airport 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure (for international flights) and go to the check-in desk to check in their luggage, receive a luggage tag and a boarding pass.

 Online registration is not available for:

- unaccompanied children;

- passengers with extra seats;

- Passengers with disabilities.

- Passengers flying with an animal

- passengers who have a special request (sports equipment, weapons)

 In case of cancellation of the flight, the passenger must cancel the check-in no later than 2 hours before the flight departure; check-in at the airport of departure.

To avoid penalties, before canceling a booking with a sales agent, do not forget to cancel your registration, otherwise the seat will not be considered free until its departure.

You can return or rebook a ticket only after removing it from registration.

 

Online check-in is not available for flights:

- Sheremetyevo-Almaty

- Sheremetyevo-Nur-Sultan

- St. Petersburg - Aktau

- Makhachkala-Aktau;

- Astrakhan-Aktau

- Min.Water-Aktau

- Grozny-Aktau

- for charter flights and seasonal tourist flights (Antalya, Sharm El Sheikh, Phuket, Goa).

 The purchase of a seat on board is available on the flight 24 hours before departure when going through online check-in or at the check-in desk with representatives of the Airline.

The sale of seats is open only for the first 3 rows (1st row - 7000 tenge; 2nd and 3rd rows - 5000 tenge), all other seats are free.
