Dear passengers!

 

Due to the impossibility of performing some flights due to the introduction of the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the airline is forced to amend the schedule of some flights.

 

For passengers of flights canceled for the above reasons, the following options are offered to resolve the issue:

 

• Possibility to change the departure date to any convenient date, in the period up to January 31, 2022 inclusive

 

• Full refund of the cost of the flight of an unused ticket, at the place of purchase of tickets;

 

We would also like to draw your attention to the information for passengers wishing to make changes to valid air tickets.

 

Primarily served:

 

• Passengers of canceled flights;

 

• Passengers wishing to purchase air tickets for the next departure dates.

 

REMINDER

 

• Refunds of unused tickets for canceled flights are made at the place of purchase;

 

• Voluntary rebooking and refunds will be made at the place of purchase.
