E-Ticket
Electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a ticket that you can book and buy on our website.
In booking an e-ticket the passenger gets an itinerary receipt emailed to him, which contains the details of the bought ticket and serves as the booking confirmation. The itinerary receipt has to be printed out and taken to the airport.

Booking e-tickets at our website is a convenient procedure that involves a stage-by-stage performance of simple actions.
Changes in the surname and / or name of the passenger in the electronic ticket (Available for e-tickets purchased via the airlines’ website www.scat.kz)
ATTENTION! Passengers with a mistake in their first or last name on the ticket are not allowed for carriage!
Upon noticing any mistakes in the spelling of surname and/or first name in a passenger’s electronic ticket booked on web-site of the Airlines www.scat.kz, a passenger must send a request to e-mail websales@scat.kz with copies of the documents proving that a mistake must be corrected.
This service is free. The requests are allowed to proceed daily from 09:00 to 18:00, excluding holidays and weekends.
- If a ticket was purchased from any other online resources, a passenger has to apply with such a request to the respective resource. It is possible to send a request at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- The data in a passenger’s electronic ticket is allowed to be corrected in the following cases:
- if there are no more than 3 spelling mistakes in surname and/or first name of a passenger but the sounding is not distorted;
- if new documents are received in which surname and/or first name is spelled in other way than in previous documents used when purchasing a ticket;
- if surname is changed due to marriage, divorce and supporting documents are available;
- if surname is changed due to adoption and supporting documents are available;
- if surname/first name are stated in a wrong order.
The airline makes a paid adjustment in the ticket at check-in, no later than 50 minutes before the departure of the flight.
The cost of issuing a new ticket with the adjustments made is 7000 tenge.
The Airlines does not permit to correct data in air tickets purchased for the flights to/from the following countries: USA, countries of European Union, Great Britain, India, UAE, China. Also it is prohibited to correct data on subsidized, charter, interline, and code share flights of the Airlines.
