Refunding your tickets

Available for e-tickets purchased via the airlines’ website www.scat.kz

The automated refund function enables automated processing of flight ticket refunds. For the tickets being refunded, the refundable amount will be calculated in accordance with the applied tariff rules.

Amounts due for an unused carriage in relation to a flight ticket purchased with a bank card via the website, are at all times refunded to the account of the card used in the payment for such carriage. 

Please note that for complicated ticket refund situations, refunds may only be effected by contacting the online sales office, with the respective applications being emailed to websales@scat.kz. The system will automatically establish the level of complexity. For involuntary refunds without any penalties (e.g. if the departure times are changed or flights are cancelled altogether) make sure to email your application to websales@scat.kz.

If your order specifies 2 or more passengers, the refunds must be effected individually for each passenger.

 

1. Click on “Check Reservation” on the home page of the website.

 

 

2. Indicate the order/ticket number and the access code/surname of the passenger in the appropriate fields, and click "Search".

 

 

3. Click "Refund" to start the refund process.


 

 

4. Select the passengers who need to refund the ticket.

 

 

5. Select the type of refund:

- voluntary (refusal to fly due to changes in travel plans)

- involuntary (cancellation / rescheduling of the flight)

 

 

6. Please, confirm your agreement with the fare rules and fill in the contact information to track the status of your refund.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notification will be sent to the e-mail address with the order parameters and the amount of the refund. The funds will be arrived to your card within 5-10 business days (depending on the bank that issued the card).

If automatic ticket refund is not supported due to technical features, refund request will be generated in the system, and processed manually.
