Changing the departure date
Available for e-tickets purchased via the airlines’ website www.scat.kz
Functional package of online exchange enables automatically exchanging the air tickets. Changing the date of flight and/or the flight number with the same direction is only possible online. Passenger’s personal details originally entered cannot be changed. Additional charge amount can be calculated while the exchange as per the tariff rules.
Please note within complicated return conditions changes can only be made through contacting E-sales department; send your application to websales@scat.kz. The system automatically determines the complexity of actualizing the return, as well as whether it would be possible to change the date on the web site. To make a required rebooking without any charges (for example, if changing flight time or cancellation of the flight) please send your application to websales@scat.kz.
If only part of the passengers within the order require exchanging the tickets, then division of the order to be made – a separate order is to be formalized for the passengers with new tickets which will further be sent to e-mail as informed while buying. If the same changes are being made for all passengers of the order, then the exchange will be made within the existing order, with no division. If few passengers requiring to exchange the tickets for the new ones, but the parameters of the departure differ, then each single passenger’s ticket shall be exchanged individually.
1. Select Check reservation on the main page of the web site.
2. Fill the flight number and surname of the passenger whose ticket to be exchanged, in the corresponding fields, then press Find an order.
3. In the mode for reviewing the order details, press Ticket exchange.
4. In Edit ticket window put the mark for sections of the route and surnames of the passenger whose tickets are to be exchanged. In Calendar window select the new date for the carriage.
5. Press Show options. A window for choosing a new flight option will be displayed. Once you have chosen the flight, the page will continue in column You have chosen where amount of additional charge for the changes will be shown.
6. Select flight option out of the list and press Confirm exchange. A window for exchange conformation will be displayed showing the parameters of the exchange operation – details with itemized cost of the new ticket (additional charge amount was previously shown), together with the display of card payment.
7. Enter CVC/CVC2 code and press Pay. A window of order details will be displayed, the exchange operation will be shown in Order history box. A corresponding notice with order details, itinerary receipt and carriage terms will be sent to the contact e-mail.
Attention! If new ticket cannot be formalized for any reasons, please contact E-sales department through websales@scat.kz.
